Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or copyrighted materials submitted for custom orders. By submitting custom artwork, you represent that you own or have permission to use such materials.

Product Disclaimer

Many Print Pop Shop products are created using 3D printing technology. Slight layer lines, surface variations, and minor imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and material availability.

Safety Notice

Some products may contain small parts and are not intended for children under the age of 3. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as intended.

Limitation of Liability

Print Pop Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from our store.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, names, dates, colors, and custom requests before submitting an order. Print Pop Shop is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Right to Refuse Service

Print Pop Shop reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, illegal, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise prohibited content.
