Shipping Policy
All Print Pop Shop products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage to be reshipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement when appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Print Pop Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will gladly assist customers in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.
Shipping Delays
Print Pop Shop is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues beyond our control.
