Returns

Custom and personalized items

  • No returns accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Since the product was made specifically for the customer, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Non-custom items

  • Returns accepted within 14–30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the seller made an error.

Refunds

A refund is usually offered when:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The order is lost in transit.

A refund is usually not offered when:

  • The customer changes their mind after production begins.
  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Minor layer lines or cosmetic imperfections typical of 3D printing are present.
  • The customer provides incorrect personalization information.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once printing has started, cancellations are generally not accepted.

Replacements

Many businesses prefer replacements over refunds:

  • Free replacement if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Customer must provide photos within 3–7 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Print Pop Shop, all items are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Custom Products
Please double-check all names, dates, colors, and personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3D Printing Notice
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations, layer lines, and minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we will work with you to resolve any lost-package claims.
